1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Creator House platform ("Platform"), operated by Eyeball Factory Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Creator Network Participation

The Creator House is a creator recruitment and matching platform. By applying, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself, your social media presence, and your content creation experience
  • Respond to brand opportunities in a timely manner
  • Create authentic, original content when participating in brand collaborations
  • Comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws and regulations (including FTC guidelines and ASA rules)
  • Not misrepresent your follower count, engagement metrics, or experience

4. Brand Collaborations

We act as an intermediary between creators and brands. The specific terms of each collaboration (compensation, deliverables, timelines) will be communicated to you separately for each opportunity. We do not guarantee a minimum number of brand matches or earnings.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create. However, by participating in a brand collaboration through the Platform, you grant the relevant brand a license to use your content as specified in the collaboration brief. The specific usage rights will be outlined in each collaboration agreement.

6. Payment

There is no cost to join The Creator House. Payment terms for brand collaborations vary by opportunity and will be clearly communicated before you accept any collaboration. Payment methods and timelines will be specified in each collaboration agreement.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any creator from the Platform at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of: providing false information, failing to deliver on accepted collaborations, creating content that violates brand guidelines, or engaging in fraudulent activity. You may also leave the Platform at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in brand collaborations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify registered creators of any material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
